What is the minimum deposit?
CHF deposits start at 10 CHF with Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller and MiFinity, and at 19 CHF with crypto. Different limits may apply to your account.
Our welcome bonus with PLAY150, however, requires a deposit of at least 20 CHF. Meeting your payment method’s minimum deposit therefore doesn’t necessarily qualify you for the bonus.
CHF, fees and currency conversion
If your payment account uses a different currency from your player account, currency conversion charges may apply. Your bank or payment provider may also charge its own fees. As a result, the amount debited from your payment account may differ from the amount credited to your player account.
Use a payment account in your own name
Deposits must come from a card, bank account or payment account registered in your own name. Don’t use someone else’s payment details, even with their permission.

Money debited but no balance credited?
You can check the payment status under “Transaction list” in the banking section of your account menu. Choose a date range that includes your payment date, or use “Custom” to set your own range.
If your payment account has been debited but your player balance hasn’t been credited, contact our . Provide the amount, date, payment method and transaction reference, if available. Don’t confirm the same payment again while the first transaction is unresolved.
Depositing and withdrawing later
Separate rules apply to withdrawals. We normally pay withdrawals back through your original deposit method; an alternative may be approved after additional security checks.
Even without a bonus, deposits must generally be wagered 5 times before you can withdraw. A 100 CHF deposit therefore requires 500 CHF in qualifying wagers.

Do the deposit limits also apply to withdrawals?
No. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are not withdrawal limits. Withdrawals have separate conditions, including full verification and, as a general rule, a 5-times deposit wagering requirement.
